Den Informationsfluss unter den Marktteilnehmern fördern, Kontakte und Erfahrungen austauschen sowie die Wahrnehmung des Standorts Rhein-Neckar national und international verbessern – das sind die Ziele der rund 60 Partner im „Immobiliennetzwerk Rhein-Neckar“. Die Aktivitäten des Netzwerks richten sich vor allem an Akteure im Bereich der Gewerbeimmobilien. Durch Vernetzung und Austausch der Mitglieder entstehen Synergien, die allen zugutekommen.

Bereits seit 2004 arbeiten die wichtigsten Akteure der Gewerbeimmobilienbranche in der Rhein-Neckar-Region zusammen. Im Dezember 2012 erhielt der informelle Zusammenschluss mit der Gründung des „Immobiliennetzwerks Rhein-Neckar“ einen festen Rahmen.

Rhein-Neckar vermarkten

Mitglieder des Immobiliennetzwerks Rhein-Neckar sind vornehmlich Architekten und Stadtplaner, Versicherungen, Banken, Rechtsanwaltskanzleien, Bauunternehmen, Bauträger und Projektentwickler, Investoren, Immobilienmakler, Immobilieneigentümer sowie Kommunen. Die Allianz aus rund 50 regionalen Akteuren arbeitet gemeinsam daran, die Wahrnehmung des Gewerbeimmobilienstandorts Rhein-Neckar national und international zu verbessern. Beispielhaft steht hierfür der regionale Gemeinschaftsstand auf Europas wichtigster Immobilienfachmesse „Expo Real“ in München und die Sommertouren in der Rhein-Neckar-Region mit Fachjournalisten.

Synergien schaffen

Durch Vernetzung und dem Austausch der Marktteilnehmer entstehen in der Rhein-Neckar-Region Synergien, die allen zugutekommen.

Wichtigste Netzwerkveranstaltung ist die Reihe „Immobiliendialog Rhein-Neckar“. 80 bis 140 Teilnehmer sind es, die sich bei bis zu drei Veranstaltungen im Jahr und einem Neujahrsempfang treffen. In Fachvorträgen und Podiumsdiskussionen geben deutschlandweit angesehene Experten Auskunft zu aktuellen Trends und Entwicklungen der Immobilienwirtschaft. Die Veranstaltungsorte sind meist Vorzeigeprojekte im Raum Mannheim, Heidelberg und Ludwigshafen. Der Immobiliendialog ist stets auch für Nichtmitglieder offen.

Organisation des Immobiliennetzwerks Rhein-Neckar

Über die strategische Ausrichtung des Netzwerks sowie über Kooperationen mit anderen regionalen und überregionalen Netzwerken, Dachverbänden und Fachinstituten im Immobiliensektor, entscheidet der Steuerkreis des „Immobiliennetzwerks Rhein-Neckar“. Die Leitung des Steuerkreises hat die Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar GmbH inne. Diese moderiert und organisiert zudem die Netzwerkaktivitäten und stellt online und in Publikationen branchenrelevante Standortinformationen bereit. Die Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar GmbH vermittelt Kontakte und Ansprechpartner und gewinnt neue Partner. Hierzu wirbt sie beispielsweise bei Veranstaltungen um neue Mitglieder und sorgt so gleichzeitig für die nachhaltige Struktur des Netzwerks, das seine Aktivitäten aus Mitgliedsbeiträgen finanziert.
