Thema:

Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine Transferkultur in der Rhein-Neckar-Region zu etablieren sowie die Expertise der Pädagogischen Hochschule Heidelberg als bildungswissenschaftlicher Akteur am Markt sichtbar zu machen und Voraussetzungen für eine nachhaltige Regionalentwicklung im Bereich Bildung zu schaffen.

Die Ziele des Projekts sind:

  • Auf- und Ausbau eines tragfähigen regionalen Netzwerks und von strategischen Partnerschaften im Bildungsbereich, um Expertisen gegenseitig nutzbar zu machen, smarte Bildungsräume zu erschließen und marktorientierte Gründungen zu initiieren.
  • Transferkultur in der Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar und an der Pädagogischen Hochschule Heidelberg etablieren.
  • Die Pädagogische Hochschule Heidelberg wird sowohl als zentraler bildungswissenschaftlicher Akteur als auch Offene Hochschule in der Rhein-Neckar-Region wahrgenommen. Ihre Expertise ist am Markt etabliert.
  • Die regionale Transferstelle bringt die Transferpartner (Angebot und Nachfrage) erfolgreich zusammen und schafft so die Voraussetzung für eine nachhaltige Regionalentwicklung im Bereich Bildung.
  • Das Projekt Transfer Together wird als Vorbild wahrgenommen und findet Nachahmer in der Region. 

Transfer Together ist ein wegweisendes Kooperationsprojekt. Die Pädagogische Hochschule Heidelberg speist ihre Bildungsexpertise in die Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar und gleichzeitig tragen Stakeholder der Region ihre Ideen und Anregungen in die Hochschule. Ein Win-Win für beide Seiten.

Die Initiatoren

Das Projektvorhaben Transfer Together mit einer Laufzeit von fünf Jahren (01/2018 - 12/2022) wird gefördert in Rahmen der BMBF-Ausschreibung "Innovative Hochschule". Kooperationspartner sind die Pädagogische Hochschule Heidelberg und die Regionalentwicklungs-gesellschaft Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar GmbH in Kooperation. Die Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar GmbH ist zuständig für die Vernetzung mit der Region und richtet zu diesem Zweck eine regionale Transferstelle ein.
